One who is the seeking admission in his/her desired class, he/she will have to go under following process by submitting the duly filled in registration form enclosed with this booklet on the date given by school office.

Play Way : For the admission in Play Way, an oral test and general conversation is held. The admission granted on the basis of above test.

L.K.G. : An oral and written test in English, Hindi and Mathematics is organised. The knowledge of alphabets, numbers, colours name is the general criteria for the test.

U.K.G. : An oral and written test in English, Hindi and Mathematics is organised. The knowledge of alphabets, numbers, name of fruits, vegetables,flowers and animals, is the general criteria for the test.

1 To 5 : For the admission from class 1 to 5, a students must pass the written test as well as the interview. The subjects for the test are Hindi, English (mainly grammar portion) and Mathematics.

6 To 8 : For class 6 to 8 written test of of Mathematics, Hindi, English and Mental ability based on C.B.S.E. syllabus is held. The students must pass the written examination as well as the interview for getting admission.

9 : For class 9 a candidate must pass the written examimation and interview. The subject for test are Maths,English,Hindi,Science and G.K.

11 : For class 11 a candidate must pass the written examination pertaining to the stream applied for as well as the interview. The subjects for test of commerce stream are English, General Maths and G.S., for science stream the subjects are Biology( for Bio Group)/ Maths (for Maths Group), Physics, Chemistry and English.

Note:
(i) Registration is not confirmation of admission.

(ii) There will be only paper in entrance examination having maximum marks 100 dividing in above mentioned subjects for their respective classes. Question paper will cover the portion one standard below to the applied class.

(iii) The list of successful candidates will be displayed on the school notice board on the given date.

(iv) In general no admission is made/given in class 10 & 12.

(v) in XI admission process starts just after the declaration of class X result,generally in month of June.

(vi) The minimum age limit in years for admission in various classes are like this : Play Way 2.5, L.K.G.- 3+, U.K.G.- 4+, I - 5+ and the classes onward the age limit will be in arithmetic progression. If a candidate passes the admission test but doesn't fulfil the minimum age limit criterion as given above, his/ her admission will not be entertained.
Document Required at the Time of Admission
(i). Three recent passport size photographs.
(ii). original & Photocopy of the mark sheet of previous class.
(iii). Birth certificate/ T.C.& Migration certificate of the previous institution.
Note: Parents must remain present with their wards at the time of admission with the above documents
•Children are admitted to school at the age of two-plus.
•Prospectus issued for a particular year can not be used in the next academic year.
•A child's name on the waiting list does not carry with it the guarantee of admission.
•Admissions are granted after a written test and a personal interview with the child and also with the parents.
•If the child is found fit for admission, the school makes a provisional offer for admission which should be accepted within a week from the receipt of the offer.
Note: that in all the classes the school reserves the right to grant or deny admission, without specifying any reason.

Requirements:

Date of Birth Certificates as in the case of LKG and UKG/ Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. To classes I and above
Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
Character Certificate.
Annual Exams report card.
Application for classes above VI will be entertained only if the student is from a recognized English medium school. The Transfer Certificate of the candidates from other boards should be counter signed by the competent authority.
Admission will be taken on the basis of merit. A Written Test and Interview will be taken for this purpose.

ADMISSION:

The list of the children selected for admission will be released on the School Notice Board on the date given.
Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned date. Those who fail to turn up will have to forfeit their chance. And the same will be allotted to waiting list candidates.
The parent shall collect the Fee Pay-in- Slip from the school office and deposit the first installment of the fees at the time of admission.
a) Transfer Certificate from the School last attended.
b) Report Card (Mark List) in original of the qualifying examination.
c) Medical Fitness Certificate (if not submitted)
d) Two recent passport size photographs
The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory to take admission and to sign all the admission form and all other documents. No representation will be accepted.
